Dharti (2011) has collected 2.65 crores in India beating the 1st week record of the Mel Karade Rabba (2010). This Navaniat Singh directed film has earlier taken a bumper opening and an excellent weekend but eventually saw drops from Monday.

The weekday business of Dharti (2011) is steady but not on par with Mel Karade Rabba (2010) which were exceptional. Nevertheless, Dharti (2011) is set to be the among the top 3 highest grosser of Punjabi Cinema.
